Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, ensuring that customers feel secure in their transactions with bizbuzz, while also protecting the company from potential abuse of the refund process.
- Trial Period
bizbuzz offers a 14-day free trial for new users, during which they can explore the Basic Plan features available on the platform along with a 14-day free trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on). Since no credit card is required to start the trial, users are not charged during this period.
- Subscription Services
Following the free trial, if a user subscribes to any of bizbuzz’s paid services, they are ineligible to receive a refund. The FREE trial is provided to allow users to test all services and decide whether to continue with bizbuzz.co.in. If a user is unsatisfied, they may cancel their FREE Trial anytime without being charged. Once a subscription to any paid plan is active, refunds will not be issued. Users can, however, cancel their subscription to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
- Non-Refundable Services
All bizbuzz services, such as charges for subscription plans, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, or third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and costs incurred by the company. This includes one-time chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.
- Technical Issues
If a user experiences ongoing technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and these issues are verified by bizbuzz’s support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at the sole discretion of bizbuzz.
- Unauthorized Charges
In cases of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users must immediately contact bizbuzz support. If such claims are verified, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for the unused portion of the subscription will not be issued, except under special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis by bizbuzz.
